Fred Zietz was born in Denver and has been a car guy since birth. He grew up going to car shows with his parents and dreaming about hot rods. He worked his way through art school rebuilding cars and then became involved in advertising. He founded and ran a local art gallery and continued his involvement with the arts and cars. His latest series of sculptures incorporate automotive parts from the extensive scrap pile behind his house. His work can be seen at Gallerie Rouge in Cherry Creek North in Denver and privately by appointment.
